Bear's Bake Shop is a cottage bakery in Abilene, Texas run by Urban and Melissa Rogers. The shop is born from their bakery that they owned and operated for over 21 years in Plano, Texas called Kolache Station Bakery. The Bakery specializes in delicious homemade cinnamon rolls, fruit kolaches, cakes, breads, and dinner rolls—all made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
